Continuity of care

As a Circle Medical independent PCP, you have the freedom to set your own patient care hours. Delivering a true primary care experience means our network providers are committed to the empanelment of patients and prioritize continuity of care. This results in our independent network of PCPs committing to a minimum average of 20 patient care hours per week.

Earnings

Pay is fee-for-service ranging $33 or $50 per patient encounter for NPs/PAs and MD/DOs respectively. As you establish your panel of patients (usually within the first 90 days), you’ll be afforded endless moonlighting opportunities throughout our comprehensive, collaborative care practice. At around the same time, you will also become eligible for quality care incentive programs giving you complete control over your earning potential.
