Directions to The Shop CoWorking Office

From the Building Lobby

Enter the building on Blair Street, next to the Avia Apartment building. The door is nondescript and leads directly to one elevator, on the right. Take the elevator to floor 3, the only one allowed without a keycard. The doors will open directly to the front desk where you can check in.

Patient Check-in Instructions

Once on the 3rd floor walk towards the front desk and seating area where you can find a kiosk for to check in on by following the prompts. Once you have checked in you can then have a seat in the waiting area in front of the kitchen.

All patients must check in and wait in the waiting area for privacy and security purposes.
