Dr Sara was easy to talk to and open to my questions. Only reason to not rate a 5 was due to thr process itself. I wish I had more insight for myself but we will have to wait until the 2nd session.

I didn’t hear anything she was saying. She left the video chat two for long periods of time. She continued to ask me questions that I had already submitted before speaking with her ,, it was a bad connection how ever Dr charity reached out to me by phone. and apologized to me for the bad connection (video) and said that I wouldn’t be charged for the session. due to poor visibilityd audio
