he never showed up. I sent an email with my screen shots of “waiting for him to join” all the way up to over ten minutes past the appointment. rude. unprofessional. but patients have to pay a fee if they don’t show. where’s my fee? if I get charged for the doctor missing my appointment when I waited for 15 minutes I will dispute the charges and I won’t stop there.

I was late for my appointment because of unexpected issues. Dr. Carrie still waited for me to join our appointment and made sure I was taken care. Every appointment I have with her is exceptional. She is a wonderful health-care provider and cares about the "big picture" for her clients...I HIGHLY recommend her!
