My experience today felt disappointing. The doctor seemed very rushed and short with me during our appointment, and at times I felt belittled and unheard. I understand that online visits can be busy, but kindness and patience make a big difference when someone is seeking care. I hope future visits allow for more space to listen and communicate, because feeling respected is really important in a medical setting.
