I had my first Zoom appointment with this doctor and felt uncomfortable from start to finish. Not only was her tone condescending, but she also made remarks that came across as unprofessional and unnecessarily rude—things most people would think but never actually say to a patient. She frequently interrupted me and asked questions in a way that felt more like scrutiny than care. Overall, the interaction left me feeling nitpicked rather than supported.
