terrible. Wouldn’t let me finish the sentence the entire appointment. Held it against me that I did not know that certain files that I thought were uploaded. We’re not there.. insured that while the entire appointment was just blaming me for things that no one let me know we’re missing and that I needed to do prior to making this appointment. And I’m still getting charged full price which is over $120. Completely intolerant. Didn’t listen. There’s zero communication through the app to prevent this type of issue from happening, but she handled it worse than I could ever imagine.

Ife was great. She was caring, empathetic and seemed like she genuinely cared. I looked after and saw that she was versed in mental health. But she also said call her "Ife or Dr. Ife. So I defintely appreciate her warmth empathy.

Dr Byron listens to me, genuinely wants to help me, and asks questions to clarify and understand. he doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable for asking questions or for wanting to become healthier. I really recommend him and will continue to use him.
